Dr. YANG  is in charge of  planning the company's strategy, develop products, and manage business operations.

Ph.D. in Materials Science, Postdoctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering, Joint Ph.D. student with the University of Western Australia from 2009 to 2011, Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School from 2015 to 2017. Founded Shenzhen Dazhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. in 2019 and serves as CEO, chief scientist, and a core member of the technical team. Has published over 40 academic papers on authoritative journals in the fields of biomedical materials, 3D printing, and tissue engineering, and has applied for and obtained over 20 invention patents.

WENJIAN XIE, Chief Strategy Officer & Global Head of Marketing

Mr. Xie oversees the company’s sales strategy in China and overseas, driving strategic partnerships, distribution channel development, and long-term growth planning.

He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard University and holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, an M.S. in Biochemistry from Boston University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fudan University.

Mr. Xie previously served as President of Johnson & Johnson Medical China, General Manager of Johnson & Johnson Medical Taiwan, Chairman & CEO of Shanghai Jahwa United Co., Ltd., and General Manager of ConvaTec North Asia. He has also held key industry roles, including Vice President of the China Medical Devices Industry Association and Board Director of Junior Achievement China.

KAN YUE, Board Director & Chief Chemist

Dr. YUE is in charge of developing medical polymer materials and processing technologies.

Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron, USA. Postdoctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard Medical School. Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at South China University of Technology since 2017, with over 50 academic papers published in international authoritative journals such as Science and PNAS. Member of the core technology team of Dazhou Medical.

He oversees a wide range of functions including operations management, channel development, clinical promotion, marketing, and human resources. A graduate of the University of Western Australia with dual degrees in Finance (Master's) and Commerce (Bachelor's), Mr. Yang is recognized as a High-Level Talent in Longhua District, Shenzhen. His decade-long career is marked by significant achievements in business management, marketing, and branding, evidenced by winning the First Prize in the Biomedicine Sector at the prestigious 13th China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Further accolades include being a candidate for 2023 "Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Shenzhen" and an honoree of the 2022-2023 "Top Ten Outstanding Youths of Longhua." He is also qualified as a Medical Device Responsible Person and a QMS Internal Auditor.

XINGYUAN SHEN, Board Director

Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Fudan University, Ph.D. in Business Administration from Tsinghua University, overseas high-level talent under the Peacock Plan of Shenzhen, joined Shenzhen Venture Capital in 2016 and has served as a researcher and senior investment manager. He has invested in projects such as MicroVention, Pumeng Medical, Jipentech, Wensheng Medical, Frontier Biotech, and Dazhou Medical.

STARIE CHI, Chief Commercial Officer & Marketing Director, Americas

Ms. Chi is in charge of marketing strategy across the Americas, driving strategic partnerships, brand development, clinical promotion, channel support, and customer relationship management.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and has nearly 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, and client management. Prior to joining Dazhou Medical, she served for many years as Director of Administration of a publicly listed company, gaining extensive expertise in corporate governance, capital markets, and investor relations.

DONGNA YANG, Deputy General Manager & Chief Financial Officer

Holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.Over 20 years of experience in tech companies, having served as Financial Director and Assistant GM.Founding team member of Dazhou Medical.

HAISHEN CHEN, Deputy General Manager and Chief Supply Chain Officer

His key responsibilities encompass technical management, production operations, and supply chain functions.

A founding member of Dazhou Medical, he brings over two decades of leadership experience from the new materials industry, where he previously served as Deputy General Manager, Procurement Manager, and Production Manager.He earned his Master's degree in Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

SHANSHAN JU, Head of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.Brings more than a decade of extensive experience in the registration and clinical research of medical devices, complemented by a background working in scientific research and clinical departments at hospitals.
