Device Description: DZ-BoneGro Synthetic Bone Graft Particulate is a synthetic absorbable osteoconductive bone graft substitute manufactured from bioactive glass.

Indications for Use: DZ-BoneGro Synthetic Bone Graft Particulate is intended to be packed into bony voids or gaps to fill and/or augment oral, dental intraosseous, and maxillofacial bone defects. 

It may include: periodontal/infrabony defects; alveolar ridge augmentation (osteotomy, cystectomy); dental extraction sites (ridge maintenance, implant preparation/placement); sinus lifts; cystic defects; maxillofacial augmentation.

● DZ-BoneGro Bioactive Synthetic Bone Graft

Device Description: DZ-BoneGro Bioactive Synthetic Bone Graft is an osteoconductive bioactive device. It is a one-component resorbable bone void filler composed of a synthetic calcium phospho-silicate

(Bioglass) particulate.

Indications for Use: DZ-BoneGro Bioactive Synthetic Bone Graft is indicated only for bony voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. DZ-BoneGro is indicated to be gently

 packed into bony voids or gaps of the skeletal system (i.e. the extremities and pelvis).  These defects may be surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone. 

The product provides an osteoconductive scaffold that resorbs and is replaced with bone during the healing process.
